Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Latent Labs collects, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit the site, join the waitlist, buy a digital product, or contact support.

Who we are
Latent Labs provides digital products, tutorials, prompts, workflows, and related creator resources. Use our contact form with privacy questions or requests.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide, such as your name, email address, support messages, and any files or screenshots you send us.
- Waitlist information you submit, including your email address, consent and confirmation timestamps, current subscription or invitation state, and a bounded signup source.
- Limited attribution for the waitlist funnel, such as selected campaign fields and the referring site's hostname. We do not need or intentionally retain the full referring path or query string for this purpose.
- Account and checkout information needed to deliver purchases, manage access, prevent fraud, and respond to billing requests.
- Technical data such as device, browser, IP-derived region, pages viewed, referral source, and basic diagnostic logs.
- Payment details processed by our payment providers. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
How we use information
- To operate the waitlist, verify that you control the submitted email address through double opt-in, send requested transactional messages, and manage early-access invitations.
- To deliver digital products, updates, downloads, account access, and support.
- To process purchases, refunds, tax records, fraud checks, and other administrative needs.
- To improve product content, site performance, customer experience, and security.
- To send transactional messages and, where permitted, product updates or marketing that you can opt out of.
Cookies, security, and analytics
We may use cookies, local storage, analytics, and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, understand traffic, and protect against abuse. The waitlist form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile and related security controls may process technical signals under Cloudflare's privacy terms. Browser controls can block some cookies, but parts of the service may not work correctly without essential storage.
Sharing information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the business, such as hosting, authentication, checkout, analytics, email, customer support, security, and professional advisers. Cloudflare processes waitlist requests through Workers, Turnstile, D1 storage, Queues, and its transactional email service on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
Waitlist email and early-access invitations
Joining the waitlist does not create an account. We first send a confirmation message, and your registration becomes active only after you deliberately confirm your email. If selected, we may later send a time-limited early-access invitation. An invitation is checked against the email address used to create the account. Transactional confirmation and invitation messages are part of the requested waitlist flow; broader product or marketing updates are sent only where permitted and include a way to unsubscribe.
Data retention
As default operating limits, unconfirmed waitlist entries are removed after 30 days and delivery diagnostic records are removed after 90 days. Confirmed records may be retained while the waitlist and early-access program is active, and unsubscribe or suppression records may be retained longer so we can respect your preference, prevent unwanted delivery, meet legal obligations, and handle disputes. Product and legal requirements can require a different period, which we review periodically.
We otherwise keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Support messages and account records may be deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
- You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.
- You may leave non-essential waitlist, early-access, or marketing email updates by using the unsubscribe link in the message. Unsubscribing does not by itself revoke an invitation already issued or an existing account.
- You may use our contact form to make a privacy or data request, including a request to remove an unconfirmed waitlist submission.
- You may disable cookies through your browser, understanding that essential site features may be affected.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information during international transfers.
Children
Latent Labs is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes
We may update this policy as our products, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
